WASHINGTON, June 29 (UPI) — Culver City, Calif., company Topson Downs is recalling 2,100 women’s dresses that fail to meet federal flammability standards, a federal regulator said.
The dresses were imported from India and sold exclusively at Macy’s stores March through May in the Impulse Department for about $60, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said.
The dress is a Barr III brand, lined, with a sheer rayon outer layer. The label is white with “Bar III” written in black.
The dress involved in the recall is checkered, multi-colored labeled “Mint Chili Combo.”
Consumers were advised to return the garments to the retailer for a full refund.
